Your Entune Service Pledge is a complete list of warranty services which American Classic Music Festivals is providing to make your festival experience the best it can be. The number of services to which you are entitled depends upon the Festival package you selected. In no case will your refund exceed the total shown below or exceed package cost. If you have any questions about your service level please contact your Festival Consultant at 1-800-733-8384.

These services as shown here in the Entune Service Pledge are the complete and total representation of warranty services being made by American Classic. Any changes to these services must be made to you in writing. Verbal representations, which in anyway alter or change this service agreement, should be brought to the attention of Paul Tatum, Executive Vice-President, immediately. Our concern is that you receive a consistent and high level of service.

The service pledge requires that you report any service discrepancies immediately to your on-site service representative. At the time you report the problem, your Entune Service Representative will fill out a written warranty report. Sorry, no refunds can be made without a warranty report. We will then attempt to correct the problem to your satisfaction. If we are unable to do so, you will be due the percentage/dollar refund shown adjacent to the service item in question. The percentages shown apply to your basic package costs. Add-on services are warranted separately and warranty percentages apply only to the cost of the add-on service in question. Services, which are typically added on, are listed as such. Important If you do not report the problem at the time the problem occurs, (if you know about it) the limited warranty for that item is voided. Our objective in doing things this way is to make sure that your experience is the best we can make it. In other words, you will have a better trip if we can make things right when they occur rather than just giving you a refund later.

In an effort to continue to improve your festival experience, American Classic reserves the right to add additional or enhanced services to the Entune Service Pledge at any time.

Lodging Services-Maximum total group or individual refund percentage is 20%

We will provide an on-site representative to pre-arrange your check-in. Or you get a 2% group refund.

Our representative will personally check-in your group, give you available room keys, and provide you with an orientation of hotel policies i.e., curfews etc. (Normal check in time is 4PM or later) Or you get a 2% group refund.

We guarantee that rooms equal to the number shown on the last rooming list submitted prior to list submission deadline will be available for your use. Or you get a 20% refund per affected person.

We guarantee that bedding in the rooms assigned to you will sleep the number of people assigned to that room. Example -In a quad occupancy room you could have Two double beds or a double bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa, or a double bed and two single beds. While room configurations obviously vary what we are guaranteeing is that the room will be sufficient to accommodate all guests based on the capacity of the bedding. Or you get a 20% refund per affected person.

We guarantee that linen in the rooms will be sufficient for the number of people assigned to that room. This is based upon one towel, and one pillow per person and adequate sheets, pillowcases and blankets for the bedding in the room. Or you get a 3% Refund per affected person.

Hotels do sometimes over-book without our knowledge. So, we guarantee that if your group should have to be moved to another lodging location, subsequent to your arrival at your assigned hotel, you will receive a 5% group refund. In addition, you will receive free phone calls home to notify relatives of the change.

Added Food Services Provided at Lodging Location – Maximum refund $9.00 per person.

If your package includes, or you have purchased breakfast separately, we guarantee the following:

Your breakfast will consist of either eggs, or pancakes along with a breakfast meat, potatoes or grits, and coffee, water, juice and milk. Or you get a refund of $1.00 per missing item per person up to a maximum refund of $9.00 per person.

If you arrive at your assigned breakfast time and breakfast is not available to any part of your group, you will receive a refund of $9.00 per person not fed.

If a member of your group voluntarily chooses not to eat breakfast, there is no refund.

You will be required to present an identification band (provided) to eat breakfast.

Theme Park Experience- Maximum total group or individual refund percentage is the ticket price

Any individual one-day tickets (or totally unused two-day tickets) that you do not use may be returned for credit of the ticket price. Two day tickets must be returned intact in order to receive credit. (This applies to amusement parks only i.e., Six Flags parks and water parks)

Unused tickets must be returned within 2 (two) weeks of the attended festival in order to qualify for credit.

If you are already inside the park, and it closes due to inclement weather, the policy of the park toward refunds or rain checks will apply.

If you have not entered the park and it closes due to inclement weather, you will receive a ticket refund of the ticket price.

Performance/Evaluation Experience-Maximum Group or Individual Refund $20.00 per person. All performance related issues must be reported at the Performance Site.

We guarantee that three (3) adjudicators will evaluate your group. Or you get a refund of $50.00 per performing group per missing judge.

We guarantee that if you arrive at least thirty minutes prior to your assigned warm-up time that you will perform no later than thirty minutes past your assigned time. Or you get a refund of $50.00 per late performing group. Sorry, any group that stays on stage past allotted time will be penalized one division in their ratings.

We guarantee that your written critiques will be fair, positive and reflect the adjudicator’s commitment to help you with your teaching tasks. If after you discuss this with the judge in question, at a time mutually agreeable, you still feel the critique is unfair, you get a refund of $50.00 per unfair critique.

We guarantee that your evaluation tapes will contain no comments or critiques that in your opinion are unsuitable to play to your students. Refund $50.00 per tape.

We guarantee that the evaluation standard of the judges will be appropriate for the Progressive Performance PlatformSM you selected. The standard will be as follows:

Encore- Division I (75 - 100 points) Division II (50 – 74 points)
Open- Division I (85 – 100 points) Division II (74 - 84 points) Division III ( 73 points and below)
Premier- Division I (90 – 100 points) Division II (80 – 89 points) Division III (70 – 79 points)
Division IV (60 – 69 points) Division V (50 – 59 points)
Refund for non-compliance with this standard $5.00 per person.

We guarantee that your professional recording will be of good quality and free of hum or distortion. Or you get a refund of $50.00

We guarantee that all equipment that we have said we will furnish will be available and in working condition. If a problem with equipment occurs, we guarantee that the judges will be notified and you will not be penalized in your ratings. Or you get a refund of $50.00.

We guarantee that you will receive the amount of time allotted to your group on-stage. Or you get a refund of $50.00 per group whose time is affected. (This applies only to groups that arrive at the performance site on schedule).

If you miss your performing time for any reason, (other than a mistake on our part) no refund will be possible. If we have space available at another time/location we will do our best to accommodate you.

Awards Ceremony Experience(Park Admission Required)-Maximum Group Refund $250.00

We guarantee that the Awards Ceremony will be completed in no longer than 60 minutes from start to finish. Refund for long running ceremony $35.00 per registered school.

We guarantee that each performing group will be recognized on-stage. Or you get a refund of $50.00 per unrecognized group.

We guarantee that all performing groups will receive a trophy. Or you get a refund $40.00 per trophy not provided to attending groups during ceremony and $25.00

We guarantee that all ratings will be correctly announced. If your rating is improperly announced, just bring it to our attention during the ceremony by sending someone to the stage. If for any reason we do no correct this situation immediately we will refund to you in the amount of $100.00.

We guarantee that all trophies and awards will be awarded according to the rules and regulations i.e., Best in Class, 1st place, etc. If we make a mistake in the awards process and a group is not awarded properly we will issue a Refund of $100.00.

If you arrive late or do not attend you may not be recognized and will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. (Other than our commitment to ship your trophy in timely fashion.)

DJ Dance (Where applicable) – Maximum Group or Individual Refund $5.00 per person

We guarantee that we will furnish Directors with a copy of Student Code of Conduct in advance of arrival. Or you get a refund of $50.00.

We guarantee that we will provide a DJ who has been instructed not to play music with profanity, or other objectionable lyrics and that he will be instructed to stop the music if students begin to participate in behavior that is dangerous or not within the provided Code of Conduct.. Or you get a refund of $2.00 per person.

We guarantee that an on-site representative of American Classic will be at the dance. Or you get a refund of $2.00 per person.

Communications/Office Interactions-Maximum Group Refund $250.00

We guarantee that after registration, any call or question from you will be responded to within seventy two hours of your call, excluding festival weekends. Or you get a refund of $20.00 per occurrence.

We guarantee that if you are uncomfortable or unhappy with any American Classic staff member we will assign a new contact within 24 hours at your request. Or you get a refund of $50.00 if it takes us longer.
